The VoloPla System

The Volopla System consists of executing all the elements that conform the cardboard plaster system, altering “the traditional”  or “conventional”  order used until now. The greater newness consists of placing the inferior channel (already marked of it makes) before plastones, by means of leveling sets, to allow the electrical and sanitary instalarions way faster than before. This allows to even have all aluminium section, wood preframes and aluminium preframes at ones, saving time of reframings and levelings, allowing at the same time a faster, easier and unique revision as much of facilities as of verification of measures, all this made before executing plsaton, avoiding the serious upheaval that supposes the reforms of any office once made this rigid surface. In addition this novel system, by its own conception, allows to even make tabiquerias and facilities before the facade.

VoloPla Evolution

Of the many advantages of this system, they are of special relevance the following ones:

  • A single marked reframing and of houses and not 3 like until now.
  • Positioning of preframes of wood and aluminum in the houses with not less than three months of advance to the traditional laminated plaster system
  • Beginning of the execution of all the facilities of the house with not less than three months before quel traditional system.
  • Facility for the assembly of facilities with great increase of the rapidity and the precision, thanks to the advantage that supposes for the different offices that, as much the perforated channels, posts and preframes as well as a Face of the partition esten placed in their site and at its final level, at the time of locating and taking references to locate the different mechanisms and instalciones on tabiqueria.
  • Great facility of revision as much of tabiquería as of the facilities of a single time, as well as the increase of the modification possibility or correction of mechanisms and facilities with no need of pricking or of breaking consistent elements with the great economic saving that this entails.
  • Greater precision in all the activities and therefore smaller lost of materials and greater yield the lost ones of materials happen from 8% to 2%.
  • Facility at the time of executing plaston from the houses when having all the levels of same the increase of the yield is physically considered in 4 or 5%.
  • Total reduction of the time of tabaquería around a 35% of difference with the traditional system since perfilería and first faces mount of a single time with no need to depend on the facilities, plasto, nor of plaster.
